Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern the legal relationship between all individuals and legal entities ("User") using the Dentory platform ("Platform") and NOKIC AI A.Ş. ("Company"). By using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Service Description

Dentory is a cloud-based SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides dental clinics with inventory management, order tracking, supplier communication, sterilization auditing, team management, training/exam systems, and AI-powered analysis services.

3. Account Creation and Security

3.1 Registration

You must create an account with a valid email address to use the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all activities conducted through your account. You must contact us immediately if you detect unauthorized access.

3.3 Multi-User Access

Clinic administrators can invite team members to the platform and assign role-based permissions. The clinic administrator is responsible for the actions of invited users.

4. Usage Rules

Users are obligated to comply with the following rules:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not access others' accounts without authorization
• Avoid actions that could compromise platform security
• Not share false or misleading information
• Not use the platform to distribute malicious software
• Not engage in automated data scraping or reverse engineering
• Not perform operations that would overload the platform infrastructure

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Plans

Dentory offers subscription plans with different features and user capacities. Plan details and pricing are published on the platform's pricing page.

5.2 Trial Period

Newly registered clinics may benefit from a free trial for a specified period. If a subscription is not started at the end of the trial period, the account switches to restricted mode.

5.3 Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed annually. Payments are made through the payment methods specified on the platform. Invoices are issued according to the tax information provided during registration.

5.4 Refund Policy

For annual subscription payments, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of purchase. No refunds are made after the 14-day period; however, your subscription remains active until the end of the period.

6. AI Services

AI-powered features on the Dentory platform (smart analysis, recommendation system, etc.) are assistive tools and do not replace professional medical advice. Verification of AI-generated results is the responsibility of the user.

7. Data Ownership

All data you upload to the platform (inventory, orders, sterilization records, etc.) belongs to you. Dentory processes this data solely for service delivery purposes. When you close your account, you may request export of your data.

8. Intellectual Property

The design, source code, logos, content, and all intellectual property rights of the Dentory platform belong to the Company. Users obtain access rights to the platform under license; ownership rights are not transferred.

9. Service Level

9.1 Availability

Dentory aims for 99.9% platform availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

9.2 Support

Technical support is provided through email and in-platform communication channels. Support response times may vary by subscription plan.

10. Limitation of Liability

Dentory does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform operation. It is not liable for indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from platform use. Dentory's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the user in the last 12 months.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Dentory may suspend or terminate accounts that violate usage rules with prior notice, or immediately in cases of severe violations. Users may close their accounts at any time.

12. Force Majeure

Natural disasters, war, strikes, government decisions, internet infrastructure failures, and similar unforeseeable circumstances are considered force majeure, and the obligations of the parties are suspended during such periods.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction for dispute resolution.

14. Changes

Dentory reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
